Camp Perry is now completely over and I’m back home. It was a short trip this year but it was a very refreshing trip. I competed in the CMP Games and the National NRA individual matches. I had such a good time. Everyday spent on the range to me is a good day and camp perry is my favorite place to be. Starting my days with the beautiful sunrise while waiting for role call then shooting a match all day, meeting new people, evaluating new range conditions, then finishing the day with a good hot meal and a beautiful sunset. This year at perry I took many first, second, and third place Civ. Service rifle expert class awards. Including second place overall expert Civ. Service rifle. Now as I prepare to go back to school and begin smallbore and air rifle season again I’m making sure all my ducks are in a row and everything is prepared. I am excited to start a new school year and work on improving my skills on the range.
